No dia 6 de março de 2016 o meu filho encomendou no site da "ElectroAveiro - www.electroaveiro.pt" um telemóvel uleFone modelo Paris, para me oferecer com prenda de aniversário. O telemóvel foi enviado à cobrança por Cecília Andrade e recebido no dia 10-03-2016, tendo sido pago 187,12 Euros.

On March 6, 2016, my son ordered a mobile telephone model Paris, on the website of "ElectroAveiro - www.electroaveiro.pt", to offer me a birthday gift. The mobile phone was sent to the collection by Cecília Andrade and received on 10-03-2016, having been paid 187.12 Euros.

A 24 de junho de 2016 o telemóvel avariou. Enviei um email a reportar a situação e a solicitar informações sobre o que havia de fazer. Nunca obtive resposta ! Depois desse email foram enviados mais emails, mas todos sem resposta.

The 24 of June of 2016 the mobile phone broke down. I sent an email to report the situation and to ask for information on what to do. I never got an answer! More emails were sent after this email, but all were not answered.

Verificando que não obtinha resposta enviei um email para a empresa uleFone - service@ulefone.com. Respoderam prontamente:

Dear customer,

Seems there is some hardware problem, Please contact the shop where you bought the phone to apply warranty.
 When they send the problematic  phone back to us, we'll repair or replace the phone for you according to retailers request.
If you are wondering why you cannot come to us directly for a phone replacement, Here are steps on our official website write about how to apply warrany: http://ulefone.com/warranty.html  If you have some hardware problem with your phone, you need firstly present your complaints to the shop/ retailer, and if they could not slove it, they will come to us for help, we had made agreement with them about that.  So it is inadvisable for the customer to come to us directly.

Como se pode ver fiquei sem saída, pois só a loja vendedora podia enviar diretamente o telemóvel para reparar na uleFone - China. Perante esta situação resolvi enviar o telefone diretamente para a uleFone - China. O telefone foi enviado no dia 06-02-2017 mas a uleFone não o quis receber, logo foi devolvido e recebido em Lisboa no dia 09-05-2017.

As you can see I was without exit, because only the store seller could send the mobile phone directly to repair on uleFone - China. Given this situation I decided to send the phone directly to uleFone - China. The phone was sent on 06-02-2017 but uleFone did not want to receive it, soon it was returned and received in Lisbon on 09-05-2017.

E assim acaba a história, mas como quem espera sempre alcança, vamos ver se é desta que o problema fica resolvido, pois o telefone ainda está na garantia e será  muito mau para a uleFone deixar um cliente insatisfeito.
